Very happy with Skef replacing our smoke alarms that had obviously reached their end of life and were going off sporadically. He prepared the quote on the spot and while I decided if I wanted 1 or all of them replaced he started work straight away.

A big shout out to Clayton for a very friendly and professional job replacing our Bosch water heater with a Rinnai unit. The final product was neat, tidy and clean. Clayton did a great job installing a new laundry tap after my old one started leaking. The job was trickier than expected, but his problem-solving skills were impressive. He also took the time to show me where my hidden water valve was and explained what to do in an emergency. Very knowledgeable and professional—I’ve already recommended him to my neighbour!

Mitch attended to fix leaking tap. The water pressure was too high, so he had to replace valve in water meter, and he also replaced 3 taps. He was very pleasant and hardworking and would recommend him for future plumbing work.

It was such a pleasant surprise to find that in this day and age where everything seems to be so difficult to organise, you can still call an electrician when your power goes out and have someone attend and fix the problem all within a couple of hours of contacting them. Nice work Precise!

Thanks so much for your excelllent service. Precise dealt with a blocket toilet, blown fusebox relay and terribly noisy extractor fan. Their communication before arriving was excellent, explained the issues once determined and arranged a quote on the day. After parts were sent from Sydney, they were installed a few days later. Now we can flush, see and wash without sounding as though we're being machined gunned in our own bathroom. Great work and very professional. THanks so much to your team!
